"This poster promoted cooperation among various segments of the American society-a woman, a soldier and a factory worker. It is a mixture of crusading, religious and industrial symbolism. The text of the poster is a quotation from a speech by Henry Wallace, then Vice-President, who ran for President on the Progressive Party ticket in 1948."
